17 year old new build; close to bus and train routes, village is ten minutes walk. Three local pubs.
I am in my fifties and I am friendly, and respect your space. A cuppa on arrival if you wish then I will leave you to it. I will be available to help with any questions.
Quiet and leafy. Neighbours are pleasant. Parking 🅿️ available for a fee.
