Ferrypoint House provides privacy and includes 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people. This splendid contemporary house is carefully designed to a high standard with a 20 metre glass wall and fantastic views overlooking the water to the mountains of the Highlands beyond. Located on the boundary of Loch Lomond National Park and a 10 minute drive to Loch Lomond it is situated out on Rhu point on the edge of the conservation village of Rhu and next to the small seaside town of Helensburgh. Commanding views over the Gare Loch to the north and the River Clyde and Rhu Marina to the south it sits in 3 acres of gardens and can enjoy sunshine all day long from sunrise to sunset. The access is by a private driveway and electric gates. Rhu beach is 10 metres from our gate and forms a lovely half-moon bay where you can swim and enjoy water sports.

Helensburgh is a delightful seaside town which you can walk to along the promenade [2 miles] where there are numerous restaurants and Inn’s, shops and supermarkets which will deliver to the house.
Local taxis and bus service available every 30 minutes.
The West Coast, sea lochs and islands are only a short drive away.
Helensburgh Central train station provides trains to Edinburgh via Glasgow every 30 minutes with Helensburgh Upper providing daily services to Oban, Fort William and Mallaig [ one of the best railway journeys in the UK which passes over the Glenfinnan Viaduct [the Harry Potter Bridge].
