Hi and Welcome, I'm so excited to welcome you to our spacious and centrally located apartment. I've lived in Southport all my life and I'm still finding something new and exciting about this beautiful coastal town. This property has been in our family since 2009, during that time, I've lived in the property and fallen in love with its charm and many features. I have been at the helm for many of the facelifts and the property has quite a few stories to tell, that's the part I love. I have recently lovingly restored it again and paid particular attention to how any family set up would like to live in it. We feel it is now ready for a new era of welcoming guests. We love providing our guests with a beautiful apartment to stay in and offering a wealth of local knowledge. It means a lot to us, to be part of your trip and memories.

This is a historic, airy and spacious Victorian second floor apartment, has lots of steps which lead to a beautiful large open plan Bedroom and Lounge, with separate Kitchen and Bathroom. The pitched ceiling provides plenty of head room and the large roof windows flood the home with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're seeking the charm of a bygone era, the convenience of a bustling village nightlife, the thrill of world-class golf, or the excitement of Liverpool, our Victorian property ticks all the boxes.

The Eaves is well located, with so many of Southports landmarks within walking distance and the benefit of free on street parking. - 400 meters to Southport Famous Boulevard 'Lord Street', which provides a wealth of local shops, eateries/bars and land marks. - 1.1 miles away from the Beach and Promenade. - 500 meters from Victoria Park, great for all the year round events - 1.7 miles to Royal Birkdale Golf Course - 0.6 miles from Birkdale Village, which provides a selection of Bars/Restaurants and boutiques, it really does have something for everyone including Soft Play for our little guests.
