**STRICTLY over 30's and Families ONLY** There is on-site free parking for 1 vehicle. Your allocated parking space can be found up the incline to the car park and is straight in front of you, clearly marked Number 23. The Apartment offers free Wi-Fi @ Netflix App. 1. Duvets and pillows will be available for all beds, but no bedding ie pillowcases, sheets or duvet covers will be supplied. 2. Tea towels and1 hand towel will be available. 3. A toilet roll will be provided. 4. All crockery, cutlery, glasses, cups will be sanitised and available for your stay. 5. Bin liners, disposable dishcloths, washing up liquid, soap, cleaning products will be available. 6. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board will be available. Thank you for your understanding and if you do require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us.

**STRICTLY over 30's and Families ONLY** Our ground floor apartment is situated in the heart of Brean. 5 minutes walk to beach with private gate access. It has free Wi-Fi, Netflix App including a Smart 55 inch TV in the lounge and a smart 26inch TV in main bedroom. There are numerous places to dine out, at very reasonable prices. Also off site family entertainment, an outdoor Market, Swimming Pool, Amusement Arcade and a Fairground for your enjoyment. All within a short walking distance from the apartment. Some amenities are seasonal. Brean is ideal for families and couples.
