Welcome to our charming 2-bed duplex flat in the heart of Kidlington, Oxfordshire. This beautifully furnished and spacious flat is perfect for families, groups of friends or trades and business travellers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The first floor features a good size double bedroom with a garden view, a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with a TV and dining area, and a shower room. Upstairs, you'll find a generous ensuite bedroom with two comfortable single beds, a desk & office chair, a sofa bed, a table and 2 chairs, a book shelf full of books and plenty of storage and floor space. The flat can accommodate up to 6 guests and is located just a short walk from local shops, restaurants, and public transport links to Oxford city centre, and ideal location for all types of travellers including tourists or professionals visiting the area. This flat in Kidlington in ideally located to offers easy access to Oxford City, Bicester Village, Blenheim palace, London, Midland, M40 and A34, and A40. Kidlington is a charming and peaceful neighbourhood located in the north of Oxfordshire, England, and about 5 miles from Oxford city centre. It is a small town with a population of around 14,000 people (Some claim it is the largest village in Europe). The streets are lined with beautiful houses and gardens, giving the neighbourhood a picturesque feel. The town centre is bustling with shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it an ideal place for all sort of travellers. Kidlington has excellent transport links (buses / trains) to nearby towns and cities, including Oxford, Bicester, Banbury, Didcot and London. There are regular bus services that run throughout the day, as well as easy access to major roads such as the M40 and Midlands. One allocated parking space available for each flat on the driveway, as signposted. If you have more than one car, you can use “on street” parking spaces alongside Cromwell way which is less than 2 mins walk. 1.3 miles away from Oxford Parkway Train Station with direct and fast access to Bicester & London Marylebone. 2 mins walk from Miller & Carter Steakhouse. 2-3 mins drive from large Sainsbury's, Argos, Tesco, Island, Dominos, Superdrug, fuel station, corner shops, local pubs, restaurants, take away & other local amenities. 10 mins drive to Blenheim Palace (5.4 miles). 2 mins drive to Kidlington & Gosford leisure centre (swimming pool, Gym, Sauna, fitness classes, badminton, squash etc) 5 minutes’ drive to Oxford Airport, Kidlington Industrial Estate & Langford Lane ideal for those who work in the north of Kidlington.
