Kick back and relax in this calm, quiet and stylish space. Amazing 1 bed flat very close to Sanderstead train station (7 min walk) with London Victoria and London Bridge reachable just under 25 min. Gatwick airport is just 36 min away from the property. Direct train to the airport from East Croydon station. The area offers a variety of amenities, including, nice restaurants, convenient take-aways and shops within walking distance. The flat is fully self contained, with no shared spaces.
Relaxed and easy going host, happy to assist guests where needed.
Very quiet street in a peaceful neighbourhood. Convenient access to Sanderstead Train Station in less than 10min walk which will take you to central London in 26 minutes and bus links to town for shopping or nights out. There are a number of restaurants and shops also within walking distance of the property. Free on-street parking, there is always plenty of space as most houses on the street have huge driveways for their cars.
