A perfect destination for your break in Fife. 75 yards from 1st tee of Leven Links, on the coast of beautiful sandy Largo Bay. World class golf to the West, East and North. Views of the Firth of Forth to the South. Walk the Fife Coastal Path that passes the front door 117 miles of spectacular scenery. Or just relax, after a full Scottish breakfast, in the TV lounge overlooking the sea, the ideal place to sit and unwind. Great transport links to Edinburgh. Only 1 hour by train into the city, over the iconic Forth Rail Bridge - what better reason to stay with us.

Fife Coastal Path runs past the front door, an unrivalled walking experience. We are also only 15 miles from St Andrews - no explanation necessary there. One hours walk along the sandy beach, north, takes you into Lower Largo, the home of 'Robinson Crusoe' himself, Alexander Selkirk.
