Property information

Foundry Street Apartments are three recently renovated, one bedroomed apartments in the heart of the city centre. Slightly quirky interiors in three very peaceful, comfortable spaces... they are a fusion of old and new.... Apartment 1 (red) is the largest and most suitable for longer stays. This has a washing machine and a full sized oven and hob;....Apartment 2 (Teal) is the most compact and is upstairs left, under the eaves - check out the recliner chairs;...Apartment 3 (Mustard) has bigger windows and a fuller kitchen, and so it feels slightly more spacious. This has a kingsize bed, and the apartment is upstairs right..... Please ensure that you choose the correct apartment to suit your needs..... Please also note that I will not consider early check in requests before 1pm for the comfort of our existing guests, and that the access area is monitored by 24 hour cctv..... For the safety of all guests, and in compliance with Fife Council's licensing regulations, there is a strict policy of no overnight guests at Foundry Street Apartments and a maximum of two visitors per day. The house rules are that this property is not pet friendly; no parties are allowed; no parking on or over the driveway; and the quiet hours are between 11pm and 8am. Any breach of house rules are taken seriously, and will result in automatic cancellation of our agreement. These apartments are in a great location with fantastic transport links throughout Fife, and beyond to Edinburgh, Dundee and Glasgow - you will have the best of both worlds staying in this comfortable and central space in Scotlands newest city.

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood is a leafy residential area in the city centre... Easily accessible to Edinburgh and St Andrews via car or public transport - Dunfermline bus station is a two minute walk away from Foundry Street Apartments and the train station is a pleasant ten minute walk. The apartments are a stones throw away from Dunfermline Abbey; Abbot House; Pittencrieff Park; The Alhambra Theatre and Carnegie Hall.... Dunfermline has many cafes, eateries and restaurants catering for all tastes and within easy walking distance. This is a beautiful small city full of culture, and is very accessible and easy to explore... These apartments are located in the city centre, which brings the usual issues with restricted parking... If you are travelling by car please contact me for assistance with parking solutions while you are enjoying your break.
