    Fantastic location for visiting the pretty town of Wymondham. Norwich was also easily accessible around 35 minutes by car. Accommodation was spacious, quiet and clean. We would book again when in the area.

Property information

A detached house, conveniently located on a very quiet lane in a conservation area, yet only a 2 minute walk from the bustling market town centre of Wymondham. The property offers a large private rear garden mainly laid to lawn with flower borders. It has a patio area for outside dining in the good weather and a covered patio verandha to sit and have a morning coffee. There is a large private driveway accommodating at least 4 large vehicles and also free on road parking on the lane to the front of the house. The property will accommodate up to 5 adults comfortably and the bedrooms comprise of two twin rooms and a single room. All bedding is provided along with a bath towel & hand towel per guest. A hairdryer is provided. The house has been recently refurbished and features travertine flooring downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped, with fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric oven/grill with gas hob and plenty of cooking equipment, utensils, cutlery & crockery. We supply some complimentary tea/coffee/ sugar for arrival. There is a washing machine. The lounge has a large wall mounted TV with Freeview channels and wall mounted fireplace. Free WIFI throughout.

The property is set in a quiet leafy conservation area of the town centre , but within a few minutes walking distance of all the amenities, shopping, banks, eateries, take-outs, restaurants and all that Wymondham Market Town has to offer.
