    If I didnt suffer from arthritis of knees and hips the location was perfect but the accommodation was at the top of the town and lots of hills and so a strain on my knees and hips. In future i will check locations etc and lie of the land.

The apartment has a contemporary feel. Light and airy - perfect to relax. Cozy bedroom with views on the garden. There are two comfortable chairs next to the windows to relax in and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The kitchen/living space has a TV and sofa-bed, which suits one adult (or a child). The apartment looks out onto the front garden with partial, but fabulous views of the bay. The Garden Apartment is set in stunning Grange-over-Sands and located about a 5minutes walk to central Grange and a 15 minute walk to the station. Grange can be explored on foot from the apartment. For the wider area we would recommend a car. Buses and trains can be used however cars are recommended for convenience. We are 3 min drive from village of Cartmel where you will find an amazing choice of pubs and restaurants. Grange is also a 10 min drive to the southern end of Lake Windermere, where you will find a nice Fell Foot Park. There is also an excellent choice of country pubs in the local area. We are happy to provide you with recommendation, just email us what you are looking for.
The Garden Apartment is located on residential street. It is quiet, green and friendly location. The apartment is a 5min walk down to the central town area and shops. There are plenty of dog walkers around and people walking up to the woods and Hampsfell. The woods are entered at the top of the road, and Hampsfell Hill is around a 30minute walk to the top from the apartment. You can relax on a patio on a sunny day, look onto the bay and enjoy your holiday!
