Stunning south facing view over garden and the Marsh towards the Kennet and Avon Canal. Newly converted studio. Walking distance to lovely country pub.
I live next to the studio in a cottage so can be on hand for any queries. We can offer breakfast at an extra cost if you would like.
The studio has only recently been converted. It has south facing French windows which open on to a small terrace area. The view over the garden and marsh land is wonderful. We are two minutes away from a delightful country pub , The Red House. The food there is excellent value and the pub staff are all really friendly. We are very close to many local highlights , Highclere Castle, Newbury Racecourse, Hungerford, Oxford to the north and Winchester to the south. Being close to the A34 is a bonus for travelling north and south.
