A large Georgian Grade 2 listed two storey period apartment, benefitting from good off road parking. Situated opposite the local town hall buildings, library and a lively public house the apartment also benefits from being only a short walk from the harbour entrance, nearby marinas and the 4 minute ferry to Portsmouth and beyond. The Georgian Apartment is a large Georgian Grade 2 listed two-storey 2 bedroomed apartment accommodating large 5ft king size zip and link double beds (which can convert to create 2 singles if required) with crisp white towels laid out on beds for the number of guests staying. An additional guest can possibly be accommodated on a fold out camp bed (suitable for a child) therefore possibly sleeping up to 5 guests in total. The main bathroom has a splendid roll top bath with shower over, toilet, wash hand basin and vinyl flooring and off the hallway is a modern shower room with corner shower, toilet and wash hand basin. The kitchen is well fitted with modern oak style units, practical laminate tiled flooring, modern worktops, a large range style cooker, dishwasher, microwave and all other essential mod cons etc. The large 1st floor south facing lounge has 3 picture windows overlooking the paved square in front of the town hall and library with 1 settee and 2 armchairs, plus additional seating, plus a large flat screen smart TV. Our advertised prices are calculated on the number of people requested and may go up or down if amended. Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue. All bookings are subject to Owners’ Discretion. Our star system is based on current English standards

Neighbourhood information

Gosport is a small seaside peninsula in South Hampshire, situated on the western side of Portsmouth Harbour and opposite the Isle of Wight, which is visible over the waters of The Solent from Gosport’s unspoilt beaches. The town is linked to the city of Portsmouth on its eastern side via a short 4 minute ferry ride which docks between Portsmouth’s Historic Dockyard and Gunwharf Quays, which is a fabulous cosmopolitan retail area sat on the quayside with approximately 30 odd restaurants, cafes and bars where you can sit and watch the world and its boats pass by. Hampshire is one of Britain’s most unspoiled counties, with its coastline boasting some great seaside towns and resorts including the maritime cities of Portsmouth and Southampton, two of England’s largest and most historic ports, plus a cute bundle of picturesque villages and some of Britain’s most enchanting castles and great houses.
