Escape to the Kent countryside in one of our two cosy glamping pods, set on a family-run farm just outside the village of Marden. Surrounded by fields and grazing horses, our pods are perfect to unwind, visit local sights and villages, or head off on countryside walks. Each pod is suitable for 1 or 2 adults only and has a private deck, outdoor seating area and lovely countryside views.

There are some great local towns and villages to visit within a 30 minute drive: • Tunbridge Wells – A lovely spa town with boutique shops, historic architecture, fantastic restaurants and The Pantiles for open-air cafes and shopping. • Tonbridge – A historic market town that is known for its picturesque riverside setting and medieval castle. • Tenterden – A beautiful tree-lined high street with a great variety of independent shops, bookshops, cafés, and excellent restaurants. The Kent & East Sussex Railway station is at the end of town where steam trains pass through on certain days. • Cranbrook – Has a nice high street to walk around with a mix of shops, restaurants, delis, and tearooms. • Brenchley – Has a lovely café and great walks with views across the countryside. • Biddenden – A pretty village that features historic timber-framed buildings and a tearoom. There are also some lovely gardens and historic places of interest nearby: • Sissinghurst Castle & Gardens: Beautiful gardens and a historic estate with a great little café. • Scotney Castle – A picturesque 14th-century moated castle with beautiful walking trails. • Leeds Castle – A magnificent castle that has a moat, a maze, falconry displays, and regular events and activities for all ages. • Ightham Mote – A beautifully preserved medieval moated manor house with over 700 years of history, surrounded by peaceful gardens and woodland. There are also great outdoor areas and vineyards to visit nearby: • Bedgebury National Pinetum & Forest – Ideal for walking, cycling, or hiring a Segway. There’s also a Go Ape high ropes course. • Bewl Water – A large reservoir offering walking and cycling paths, water sports, boat hire, and picnic areas. • Kent & East Sussex Railway – Where you can ride on a steam train. • Hush Heath Estate, Balfour Winery and Chapel Down winery – Tours of the vineyards are available as well as tastings.
