The property has 3 double size bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and private parking, it will appeal to golfers, couples and families alike, who are looking to enjoy luxurious living in outstanding surroundings, yet be within easy reach of Crail itself, the East Neuk Villages and St Andrews.

Nestled between Crail's Balcomie Links and Craighead Links on the north eastern tip of Fife, Golfers can enjoy the Crail Golfing Society next door, and walkers, birders, beach lovers, and swimmers are just a short stroll to the scenic Fife Coastal Path leading to Balcomie Sands. St. Andrews, just 10 miles away where you cane explore all the home of golf has to offer. Crail is just a short drive or a lovely walk away, Crail is a charming seaside and fishing village in the East Neuk of Fife and boasts one of the UK's most photographed harbours. Cobbled streets lead to the harbour where you can enjoy freshly caught seafood at the Lobster Hut during the tourist season. There are plenty of buildings of historical interest, including the Tollbooth with its tower dating from about 1600. Many come to enjoy the two golf links courses at the Crail Golfing Society, or walk the beautiful stretch of Fife Coastal Path. The village centre has a host of amenities which include a Co-op, Fish & Chip Shop, Sweetie-Shop, and a selection of Coffee Shops. There are 2 Hotels which welcome non-residents.
