Our 2 double rooms are en suite & have a freeview flat screen TV, free wifi & Tea & Coffee making facilities offering a good selection of quality teas & coffee. Breakfast is Continental/Buffet style including cereals, fruit, porridge, croissants, fruit juice Also a traditional full English available as well as vegan, vegetarian & gluten free as standard. Several Public car parks all within 1 -5 minutes walk average cost 5.00 per 24hrs no onsite parking available. There is a fridge in the hall shared between the rooms. Check in 16.00 - 20.00 Check out is strictly by 10.30 am please The loft apartment has all of the above as well as a bath, dressing room with dressing table/desk, a small cafe table and stools,. King size bed & a small sofa.
We are located in the centre of the village, perfect for local pubs, shops and attractions .We are just a short distance approx 2 minute walk from The National Trust Post Office, The Great Halls 1 minute walk & also within easy walking distance of the ledgendary Tintagel Castle approx 10 minute walk Check in 16.00 - 20.00 Any other check in times by arrangement only
Tintagel is in an Area of Outstanding National Beauty & a Site of Special Scientific Interest.Much of the fine coast line is maintained by the National Trust & there are many beautiful National Trust properties & beaches to visit, including just a couple of minutes walk from us The Old Post Office in Tintagel village (which can also be seen from our Guest Bedroom 1). It is just a 10 minute walk from us to the legendary Tintagel Island & Castle which is a English Heritage property with a fantastic visitor centre & cafe. Also on the beach there you will find Merlin's Cave! Other village attractions are our Visitor Centre,The Great Halls with its beautiful Stained Glass panels, St Nectans Glen waterfall & the ancient Norman Parish Church & Churchyard.The village has a large choice of pubs & cafes, some with live music , quizzes & event nights. Other fine pubs & restuarants can be found in the surrounding villages.The SW Coast path is within an easy 10 minutes walk of us where there are stunning coastal views from some of the fine stretches of cliff top.. Also within walking distance are the Rocky Valley, Bossiney Cove Beach & Trebarwith Strand. further afield Boscastle & Bodmin Moor
