    Grange House was excellent. It had all the facilities that we required. Plenty of parking spaces for all of us. All bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We all especially enjoyed relaxing in the large living room.

The welcome book located in the house will provide you with many recommendations on your arrival, or please request beforehand. The house should have all necessary amenities for your stay but should you feel that something is missing, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Property information

This modern and stylish 4-bedroom property is located in Upton, close to many local amenities and just a short 10 minute taxi into the centre of Chester. Dogs are allowed to stay for a surcharge. Dogs must not be left unattended or allowed upstairs/on furniture. Please let us know upon booking if you intend to bring a dog :) As you arrive you will notice that the property itself faces onto luscious green fields and is surrounded by trees and leafy greenery. The property is within walking distance of two play parks for children, rural dog walks, a supermarket, pubs and the local hospital. When you enter the property you will be greeted by a spacious ground floor containing an open plan kitchen/dining area, utility, a comfortable and stylish living room, a separate snug/cinema room, a WC and even a dedicated office. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal with family and friends. It also also boasts a L’Or coffee machine which also takes Nespresso pods. To the rear of the property is a lovely garden for you to enjoy, complete with an outdoor dining set for the warmer months! On the first floor there is 1 king size bedroom and 2 super king bedrooms (the super king beds can be split into singles upon request). This floor also has an ensuite off the king bedroom, and a large family bathroom. On the second floor is a large master suite and ensuite. All bedrooms boast crisp white linen, towels and plenty of clothes storage. There is parking for 3 cars at the property plus extras on the road if required. Chester train station is 10 minutes away in a taxi and Bache train station is just 5 minutes away. There is not only lots of local amenities and Chester nearby, but there are also good train links to Liverpool and Manchester for days out.
