Grouse 54 is my second family home with personal touches. The modern kitchen diner is well equipped with microwave and fridge/freezer. The open plan layout into the lounge makes the property feel spacious but comfortable and cosy, especially on an autumn evening. However, in the summer, enjoy the decking and watch the sun go down. There is 1 double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The beds are all made up ready for your stay. A towel is provided per guest and a bath mat. This is all inclusive in the price. The shower room has a sink and toilet. Parking is in front of the property and not at the sides. There is no facility for charging of electric vehicles. No smoking allowed.

I've owned a property on Grouse 54 for 4 years and really excited to have this new property to available for 2025 holidays. I hope you enjoy your holiday as much as I do. The seals are fab to go and see, I always pay them a visit. The grandchildren love a holiday here, the beach is sandy and there are plenty of child friendly things to do including activities on site.

Scratby Bakery is well worth a visit, it's only a 2 minute walk and the breakfast rolls or filled lunch time rolls are all delicious. The staff are welcoming and it's dog friendly. The California Tavern is a 10 minute walk along the beach or main road. The pub has a garden with a play area. The food is tasty and the Sunday roast is well worth booking. Hirsty's is a family attraction which is a 10 minute drive away. There is a good bus service into Great Yarmouth or other areas.
