One Bedroom B&B in Beautiful Barn Conversion In Idyllic and quiet Location with large gardens, tucked away in a rolling countryside setting with lots of free parking on site. Only 15 minutes from the A30. Just off the B3254 Launceston to Bude road. Only 20 minutes to the North Cornish coast and both Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor are easily accessible. The stylish guest bedroom and en-suite shower room has recently been refurbished. There are two windows in the light and airy bedroom with lovely countryside views, two radiators a TV, coffee and tea making provided, curtains and roller blinds for your comfort and Wi-Fi. The spacious shower has good pressure and there is a heated towel rail too, toiletries provided. Breakfast is served (at a time to suit you) in the Dining Room/Lounge which is exclusively for the guests to use for the rest of their stay. Books, turntable with vinyls, board games, cards provided can be found in the guest lounge/dining room. Breakfast includes juices, hot drinks, yogurts with fruit and granola, toast with jam or marmalade, cereals and pastries and porridge. Special diets and allergies catered for if given prior notice. You're welcome to sit and enjoy the lovely garden. There is a friendly dog and a cat at the property mainly in the owner's space (the hall, staircase and landing is shared with the owners and the pets will usually not be in these areas when guests are around), whilst the property is very clean it is not suitable for guests with pet allergies. The guest bedroom is on the first floor via a staircase, the guest dining room/lounge is on the ground floor. The popular coastal resort of Bude is within 30 minutes with its two beaches, lovely coastal walks or canal walk, great for shopping and restaurants too! Nearby Launceston (10-15 minutes away) with its historic Normandy castle and cobbled streets, also known as the Gateway to Cornwall! We are also lucky to have a few farm shops with local produce.
We enjoy meeting new people and will give a warm welcome. Fiona enjoys yoga and gardening. Peter enjoys running and attending a local quiz and anything sporty. We both love travel and ATP Tennis!
