Nick is an English man who has found his home in Wales! He is an experienced chef and met his partner Lydia, a local girl, when working together at Llangoed Hall.

Property information

The Cedars was built in 1838 to support the increased tourism from visiting Victorians looking to "take in the waters". Its made out of Welsh stone and is situated perfectly with views over the hills and within easy walk of the town.

Neighbourhood information

For a small town Builth has a lot to offer. With a local Cinema (that also shows live performances) 11 pubs and restaurants, leisure centre, Rugby and football club, river walks and a great community. Builth has something for everyone and everything is just a short walk from the Cedars
