Property information

Gwynedd House consists of three modern self-catering flats, each with their own private parking space. Gwynedd House is situated on the coast road between Menai Bridge and Benllech, making it the ideal location for exploring all that Anglesey has to offer. This property is the ideal self-catering holiday home for friends and couples. The property is within walking distance to the local pubs, convenience store and bus stops. The closest restaurants are within a 5 minute drive. The holiday let is located at the rear of the property, set over two floors. The flat consists of an open plan kitchen and living room, one bedroom with a double bed (situated upstairs), and one bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. There is an enclosed private seating area at the rear of the property, accessed via the back door (located at the bottom of the stairs). The seating area is south facing making it a beautifully sun trapped area to enjoy. The seating area includes patio furniture and a barbecue. A travel cot and highchair are available upon request. This holiday home has been decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout, and can accommodate up to two people.

Neighbourhood information

The property is situated in an idyllic village on the Isle of Anglesey. It is ideally situated within a few minutes walk of village amenities, pubs and bus stops, and within a 10 minute walk of the local beach and woodlands. The property is within a 5 minute drive from Red Wharf Bay and Benllech, and within a 10 minute drive from Menai Bridge. Anglesey and its surrounding area consist of stunning beaches, spectacular mountain scenery, and an abundance of outdoor adventure activities. The property is ideally placed to explore Anglesey and is only a short drive back to the mainland to enjoy everything that North Wales has to offer. Pentraeth is a close-knit community who welcome tourist throughout the year. Tourists enjoy visiting the friendly village pubs and value the exceptional convenience store, where the award winning Cook frozen ready meals can be purchased. The closest bus stops are only a few minutes walk away from the property. The bus route can take you around the island or back onto the mainland to Bangor. Taxis are available in the area. Bangor train station is only a 20 minute drive away and is also accessible via the bus route.
