Dear Valuable Guests Ensuring your comfort first we would like to inform you that key/check in is at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Portsmouth Road, KT6 5QQ which is 5 mins walk away from Hampton Suites Apartment. Pre-authorisations for any damages or smoking fee & photo ID will be required at check-in. Pay and Display car park is available at the back of Hampton Suites Apartment building on Southbank road (access from Winters road) height restrictions 2 metre. Alternatively car can be parked at Crowne Plaza Hotel at our compliment(please register the vehicle at reception Crowne Plaza). Air Condition is not available alternatively fans are provided. Housekeeping is 7 days after arrival day and thereafter every week. Additional housekeeping can be requested at a fee.
