The property is located just off Irvine's historical harbour which was one of the most important ports in Scotland throughout the 18th & 19th century. Guests can expect a comfortable stay located at the bottom of the harbour in a quiet residential area. Irvine harbour boasts a great range of restaurants, cafes and an award winning ice cream parlour! The beach is a quick 15 minute walk from the property along the quayside. Towards the opposite end of the harbour you will find the Rivergate Shopping Centre & Irvine Train Station with connections to Glasgow and the rest of Ayrshire. An excellent location for golf enthusiasts as well with the train station having connections to Troon, Prestwick, Ayr and so on. Locally we have Dundonald Links, Western Gailes and Glasgow Gailes - all within a 10 minute drive. There is also a TopTracer Driving Range located at Western Gailes - just a 5 minute drive away. There is a private parking space located at the front of the property as well as plenty of public parking available on site. There is also a cycle route to Troon which is great for a family day out. The Maritime Museum is also within walking distance. There is something for everyone in Irvine!
