The studio is ground floor with a large walk in shower, superking bed and underfloor heating. Fridge with ice box, combination microwave, oven, 2 ring gas hob, washing machine, ironing board, wardrobe and 2 poang chairs with foot stool. Guests share the patio with the owners house. We are in a quiet, countryside setting therefore a car is essential. For those who need to work and play we have B4RN wifi which has been named as ‘Broadband Provider of the Year’ 2022
We love to chat with our guests but only if they wish.
We are on the edge of the Forest of Bowland with ample walking and hiking on our doorstep. The ancient City of Lancaster is within 20 minutes drive. We also have garaging for bicycles or motorcycles. We are not on a public transport route hence the need for own transport, however the Lakes and Dales are within easy driving distance .
