Offering a spacious interior for a homely experience the apartment features a kitchen which carries a classic design, elevated by colourful tiles, a dining table which includes seating for four people and all the modern conveniences you may find at home. After a heart-warming meal, cosy up in the lounge, complimented by light brown sofas and armchair and a décor that offers a warm snug feeling. The large bedroom with Super-King Bed (zip & link mattress can be converted to 2 twins on request), bedside tables, lamps, dressing table and built-in wardrobes. Wonderful tones of grey are laced into the bedding, blinds and soft furnishings to create an all-round soothing aura. Lastly, the modern shower room boasts a sense of charm, comprising of a tasteful fitted units for a refreshing finish. Other things to note Self check-in via key safe Check-in 3pm and check-out 10am During the Christmas period check in is after 4pm. This is due to longer change over cleans. Super-King Bed, zip & link mattress can be converted to 2 twins on request. Sofa-bed must be requested at time of booking. Off road parking for 1 car

Perfect for friends or a small family, this retreat is a lovely, well located, base whether you are golfers, walkers, on holiday or visiting on business. The Roman city of Lincoln is only 20 miles away, and the East coast lies a leisurely 35 minute drive. With an abundance of sights and activities close by, there is much to keep guests occupied all-year-round.
