Property information

Hawthorn Cottage is an immaculate Cotswold stone, 4-double-bedroom, dog-friendly luxury holiday home, providing spacious and relaxing accommodation for 8 guests right in the heart of the historic Cotswolds. The owners have lavished this new-build property with top-end appliances, finishes and features. Facilities include 2 en-suite bedrooms, a large family bathroom and separate WC, a log burner, an enclosed and private garden and an integrated carport and off-road parking. Please note a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This is fully refundable up to 60 days of arrival when your remaining balance payment is due. 2 well-behaved dog/s are welcome for an additional fee of 40 GBP per dog. This fee is not included in the rental price. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are bringing a dog/s and you will be sent a request for the additional fee. It is the policy of this property not to take bookings for groups where the majority of guests are under the age of 25, or single-sex group celebrations, including stag/hen parties. Please note that additional guests above the maximum capacity are not permitted.

Hawthorn Cottage is within easy walking distance of the medieval wool town of Northleach, just 15 minutes’ drive from the Cotswold favourites of Burford, Stow-on-the-Wold and Bourton-on-the-Water, and only 30 minutes’ drive from Cheltenham and the racecourse. This luxury Cotswold holiday rental is part of Westwoods, a quiet, new development on the east side of Northleach. Built from the region’s eponymous warm-yellow Cotswold limestone, the property is a handsome and spacious, 3-story, mid-terrace home with an abundance of natural light. Hawthorn Cottage has an enclosed child- and dog-friendly rear garden that is laid to lawn, with a pocket-size lawn to the front framed with a pretty Cotswold drystone wall. To the side is a car-port for one car, and to the rear a dedicated off-road parking space in Bay 12.
