Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only. The garden leads directly to the waterside.. Lovely waterside views. Set in a quiet, private lane, this delightful, well equipped holiday home is situated in the heart of Wroxham with lovely views from the living room and kitchen across its private, lawned garden, leading directly to the waterside, ideal for fishing enthusiasts. Cycle hire and day launches may be hired locally and moored in our quay heading. The coastline for excellent sandy beaches is only 12 miles away and the city of Norwich with its cathedrals, museums, theatres, cafes and shops is 8 miles.
