Hethpool Loft is a unique and tranquil hideaway in the College Valley, Northumbrian National Park. On the doorstep, you’ll find hills, valleys, wildlife, waterfalls and lakes. This newly-converted loft apartment is perfect for 2 guests with a double room and ensuite shower/bathroom, mini kitchen, a garden area and parking. The location is about as rural as you’ll find in the whole of England – you’re more likely to see wild goats, roe deer and sheep than people in this valley!
,Eildon and her daughter Di have lived at Hethpool for over 40 years and welcome guests to share this very beautiful valley
This is a wonderful place to relax and walk in. The valley continues with a private road up to the foot of Cheviot itself (height 2,600 feet) and there are numerous paths for everyone with either short distance or hills and hill forts to see and of course wild goats to enjoy nearby. the nearest shop is in Wooler which is approximately 8 miles distance where there are shops and pubs and restaurants.
