The guest suite is situated in a lovely quiet village with local walks and pubs nearby. You'll have your own private access to the suite and we've added a few of our own personal touches to make you feel right at home, not to mention the extremely comfortable bed! We really hope you have an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
Hi there! We are Alex and Paul and we've been living in Heydon for the last 9 years. We love meeting new people and familiarising ourselves with other cultures. This is one of the reasons why we decided to host at the guest suite. We love nature and are lucky enough to be surrounded by beautiful countryside with lovely walks and bike rides. We love traveling – in addition to having traveled all over the Europe, we've visited over twenty countries across the globe. We look forward to meeting you! We will do our best to make your stay comfortable and help you enjoy our village and the surrounding area to the fullest! Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.
The suite is situated in a conservation protected village with lots of old period homes. The popular Imperial War museum at Duxford is 5 minutes drive. The beautiful city of Cambridge and the historic market town of Saffron Walden including the English Heritage Audley End house and gardens are both 20 mins away by car. We also have local express rail connections to London from Audley End and Royston stations both 20 mins away. Stansted Airport is 25 mins drive.
