Property information

Completed in June 2021, our luxurious new build apartment complex features two ground floor and two first floor apartments. Each apartment has a king bedroom and double sofa bed in the lounge which can sleep two children under the age of 12. Each apartment has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchen and views towards our grounds and surrounding forests and hills. Each apartment features an outside seating area with furniture. Free private parking is possible on site, and free Wi-Fi is accessible in some areas High Range Holiday Apartments are set within the beauty of Cairngorms National Park. Local restaurants, bars, food shops are found within a 5-minute walk, and there is also a bank and post office close by. Loch an Eilein nature spot is 3.3 miles from the High Range , whilst Strathspey Steam Railway leaves from Aviemore Station, a 10-minute walk away.

Neighbourhood information

The complex is situated at the south end of Aviemore on the B9152 road directly opposite the Coylumbridge B970 road leading to Loch Morlich and the ski slopes. It commands a splendid view of Craigellachie Nature Reserve, the Lairig Ghru Pass and, most prominent of all, the peaks and ski-runs of the Cairngorms. Our guests enjoy the seclusion and privacy of the complex, but are only a five minute walk from the Aviemore shopping and village centre.
