    Location was amazing - couldn't have been situated better if looking for central Windermere location. Apartment so clean and amenities were fantastic. Dog bowls and treats and for the dogs! Such a nice touch.

A New stylish and spacious apartment set over two floors. Open plan from the kitchen through to the living room, catches the sunlight from morning till sunset. The very cosy lounge area boasts views over Windermere high street and onto the local fells and the side windows over to Coniston old Man in the distance. The lounge has a large flat screen TV hi speed wifi and loaded with netflixs for cosy nights in. The kitchen area has all mod cons, dishwasher ,washer dryer ,Nespresso coffee maker ,even a bistro style table to sit at whilst you're enjoying your coffee. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom boasts an amazing luxury chrome super kingsize bedstead, which also overlooks the distant fells, there is also chairs and small coffee table to sit and watch the world go by. The second bedroom is smaller but still very cosy ,with a kingsize bed or if if required it an be split into two singles giving the apartment more options. The bathroom is very bright and has a large rain shower. Due to the open plan staircase children children would need to be supervised and also smaller dogs. All of this fabulous apartment is situated on Windermere High Street within 100 meters of the train and bus station making sustainable travel so easy. The local Booths supermarket is 100 metres away, as are some fabulous bars and restaurants. There is parking directly outside, this is local authority and a 1 hour limit though, but technically after 5pm cars can be left till 9am the next morning. Bowness is 1.5 miles from the apartment. Ambleside is 6 miles. Coniston 12 miles. And all these places can be reached from so easily from the Bus station 100 metres away.
