Broughton Hall's historic 3000 acre Estate is a wondrous mix of rolling meadow pastures, ancient woodland, heather moorland, wild reservoirs, meandering rivers and streams. Simply spend your days exploring this Brontë-esque countryside and reconnecting to nature. The popular market town of Skipton is 3 miles away and offers a host of things to do for all ages. The Tour de France and the Tour de Yorkshire have both passed through Skipton and the surrounding countryside in recent years. The area is peppered with gourmet pubs serving local produce as well as hearty, traditional pub food and there is a plethora of restaurants and bars in Skipton to choose from should you wish to treat yourself and dine out during your stay. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant ½ mile. Skipton train station is less than ten minutes away by car and the Estate is walking distance from local bus routes
