We stayed for a week and each day had either continental-style breakfasts, or Full English Breakfasts, depending on what our day was going to be. Kate makes one of the best home-cooked Full English Breakfasts we've ever had, easily rivaling or...

The Farm is a wee gem in Cornwall. We loved the peace and quiet. Kate and Terry are genuine, lovely hosts putting a lot of effort into their cozy B&B. The beds are super comfortable and we slept like Babies every night after exploring Cornwall.

We are thrilled to offer our two B&B rooms, both with glorious views. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have a large comfortable bed and en-suite bathrooms, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. A delicious breakfast will be cooked for you each morning, and served in our cozy dining room. Guests have the use of a private lounge with a woodburner and TV.
Our property is a smallholding that we are lovingly renovating, after moving here from Surrey in June 2017. The house dates back to at least the early 1800's, and is probably older. It is quirky and has been neglected in the past, but is full of interesting features (and some fascinating history). We are situated amongst some stunning country scenery and have four acres of fields, woods and even a pond for you to explore. So far the animal head count is 16 chickens, 2 ducks, 1 cat, 5 goats and sometimes a couple of pigs. We are down a tiny bridleway (that looks like a path) with nothing but farmland around us. It is peaceful and green and we regularly see wildlife in the woods and fields - many rabbits, red deer, stoats, badgers and lots of birds including Buzzards and Tawny and Barn Owls.
The farm is down a bridleway that is shared with only two other properties. It is so quiet and peaceful you may find it hard to drag yourself to a nearby beach! It is well worth the effort though as we are not far from the charming port of Porthleven and its many amazing restaurants, and also all the fabulous beaches and coves on the Lizard peninsula. We can't wait to share our top highlights with you!
