Located in a quiet position, the property is nestled amongst the surrounding coun-tryside in the quaint village of Llandevaud.
The living area has an open plan kitchen and snug area, and a generous living/dining room overlooking the lawned gardens, as well as a bar area. Bi-folding doors open to the outside from most rooms and underfloor heating throughout, with the living room opening to a balcony that captures the far-stretching views. The kitchen similarly has full-length bi-folding doors to a smaller balcony, making it perfect for entertaining.From the snug area, Two solid oak spiral staircases at each end one of which leads to the principal bedroom.
