This beautiful property is constructed using Cotswold' stone facing and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is ideal for business people, families, professionals, relocators and tourists to take in some relaxation or quiet time in the area. Boasting both front and rear gardens, this property really does allow you to feel right at home. Due to our close proximity to Cheltenham Race Course, we do get booked up early, so make sure you book in advance to secure your stay. The property is close to the attractive Cleeve Hill, and within easy walking distance to the Pittsville Pump room and the Spa. All amenities, hospital, town and grocery shops are accessible by bus or taxi or by car within 5-10 minutes. Gloucester and it's iconic Cathedral is only a short distance away.

Hill View House is a huge luxury property providing a complete get away for families, business people, professionals, tourists and relocators and can accommodate up to 8 people in comfort. This spacious property has a large living room and separate dining room. The large kitchen includes a breakfast table. The kitchen is equipped with daily essentials and the adjacent utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board for guest use. Upstairs boasts a total of 4 bedrooms, comprising of 3 large bedrooms (one bedroom with on-suite). There are 2 super king size beds in rooms one and two which can upon request be converted into two singles per room, whilst the additional bedrooms contain double size beds. Towels and toiletries are provided. Free Hi-Speed Wi-FI, Smart TV and kitchen essentials are provided to help you have a worry free and comfortable stay. Off-street parking for 3-4 cars. Shops and grocery stores are within easy walking distance, Tesco Express is a 5 minute easy walk or choose the larger Sainsbury's grocery and Petrol Station which is just 8 minutes walk.
