Situated in a quiet residential area, 5 min walk fro village centre. Our new private self catering apartment contained within our family home, has 2 x double bedrooms and lounge/kitchette/dining room and one bathroom with electric shower.
Portree is a thriving village and capital of Skye. I love living here We are 2 minutes in the car from the sea. 15 mins from the Old Man of Storr. 30 mins from the Quirang and 40 mins from Dunvegan Castle and Fiary Pools. Skye is such a beuatiful diverse island with many hidden and off the beaten track secluded places. We love meeting people from all nationalities and have made many friends over the years. We oreviouls ran a very succesful b&b in Staffin and still keep in touch with friends who used to stay with us 22 years later.
7 min walk to shops and resturants, and harbour. There is a hotel about 2 min walk that has a restaurant if you dont want to venture too far. The pipeband play in the square Tuesday nights from July - early Sept and often has highland dancers
