    It's a lovely little flat, nicely situated and a ten minute walk to the sea and/or the city centre. We used the info left to order a takeaway and all worked out v well. Watched some great telly and loved the sunny kitchen. Best weather this year...

We hope you enjoy your stay at our cosy apartment, it is located on the first floor of a Victorian Terrace, in a quiet residential road. Please note there is a flight of stairs to the flat and no lift so no disable access. It is a contactless check in and the key safe is located outside the front door above the intercom system. The apartment has been recently decorated, with brand new bedding and a few other things. We love spending time there, it is a comfortable space, with a fully fitted kitchen and a full size bath, please be aware the is NO SHOWER in the bathroom, however I have supplied bubble bath for your enjoyment. Please feel free to use anything I have supplied, toiletries, tea coffee etc It is close to the town and local amenities, there is a Tesco Express and a Fish and Chip shop at the end of the road, with a bus stop right outside. The Railway station is on the main line to London or spend the day in sunny Broadstairs (beautiful sandy beach) if you take the train the in the other direction There is off street parking available for 1 car to the rear of the property located in Herne Avenue, please make sure to park in the centre space as they are allocated to individual properties, there is also plenty of parking on the road side outside the property.
We welcome you to our little Haven by the sea, we love hosting guests and helping them to navigate the area during their stay, although it is a contactless check in please do feel free to contact me if you need help finding places to visit or how to get there. If anything is not how it should be when you arrive please let me know.
We really hope you enjoy your stay in our little Haven, Herne Bay is a lovely town with a pretty promenade with lots of pubs, restaurants and arcades, there is also crazy golf very reasonably priced, it is a quiet residential area, about a 7 minute walk to the beach, I would highly recommend the Ship Inn if you are looking for good pub food or the Grapevine if you like something mediterranean, there are also lots of lovely cafes and several ice cream parlours. The railway station is a 15 minute walk where you can get a train in to London or going the other way to some of Kents most beautifl beaches in Margate and Broadstairs. I'd also recommend a trip to Whitstable and Faversham both unique places to visit.
