Should you arrive or depart from another Heathrow Terminals, you can take the free Heathrow Express Train from Terminals 2&3 and 5 or Red London Busses 490 or 482 (only to and from Terminal 5) or Diamond 555 from Heathrow Terminal 2&3 Central Bus Station. Additionally, a Shuttle Bus service is available traveling to and from Terminal 5 (HHL) and Terminal 2&3 (HHL) with a surcharge fee, picking up guests from outside the Heathrow Terminals and Hotel. All rooms are air conditioned with blackout curtains, triple-glazed windows, a choice of pillows, USB ports, work desk, and a 49-inch LED smart TV with Freeview channels. Free Breakfast Buffet including sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, baked beans, hash browns and cooked tomatoes is served every morning, as well as continental options.
