Just moments from the iconic Holyrood Palace and a short stroll to both the Old and New Towns, it is the perfect base for exploring the city's rich history and vibrant culture. 🅿️Enjoy hassle-free parking at the NCP Holyrood Road Car Park, just a 2–3 minute walk from the apartment. Guests park FREE with the exclusive pass provided upon arrival. The apartment provides comfortable accommodation for up to 5 guests maximum. 🛏️ 3 Bedrooms ALL THE BEDDING & TOWELS ARE PROVIDED A professional laundry launders all our bed linen and towels. 🛁 2 Bathrooms Enjoy the convenience of two modern bathrooms - perfect for groups and families. 🛋️ Living Room Flooded with natural light, the spacious living room is an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. 🍽️ Kitchen The large, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a hearty meal - from morning coffee to evening feasts. ▪️The apartment is a duplex located on the third floor with no lift access, so please keep this in mind if mobility is a concern. ▪️While the building’s exterior and common areas may not be the most impressive (this is unfortunately beyond our control), the interior is fully refurbished, well-maintained and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. ▪️Travel cots/highchairs: A travel cot & high chair may be provided on request. The extra charges are GBP35.00 per stay (travel cot) or GBP50.00 (travel cot & high chair). ▪️No luggage storage facilities at the property: If you are arriving earlier than 4pm, please note that early luggage drop off is not available at our apartment. There are storage lockers and many other drop off points in Edinburgh.
