Welcome to our exceptional, stand out 3 bedroom house in Hull. We have off-street parking as well as on-street parking available in this quiet residential area. Our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home sleeps up to 6 in comfort, with luxury, quality mattresses and bedding for a perfect night sleep. We have plenty of quality finishing touches, including a large smart TV, herbs, tea and coffee and much more. We welcome contractors, families, couples and any respectful guests that would like to stay here for a few night, or up to multiple months. We look forward to hosting you!

The property is located in the quiet, modern, residential area of Kingwood, Hull. Perfectly situated for road links in and out of Hull and very close to Beverley. This area also benefits from a large shopping area as well as a small village shopping area. Plenty of green spaces and a safe and pleasant area to walk.
