House by the Sea consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar, dining table, a sitting room with woodburning stove, TV, and books, and a conservatory with seating. The bedrooms consist of two doubles with en-suites and a ground-floor double. There is a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a rear garden with lawn and patio, and a non-enclosed front garden with lawn. There is off-road parking for 2 cars on the drive, plus additional roadside parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
