Simple, complete and spacious bedroom located very close of University of Aberdeen. 5 Minutes walk from Beach. 10 min drive from Bus/Train station. The property includes spacious living room, dining room, shower complete kitchen with washing machine (clothes and dishes) and drier.

The property is situated in university area, and almost every basic needs such as groceries, café, restaurants are accessible within walking distance.
