Welcome to our family owned caravan. Located on Sandhills plot 5-10 minutes walk to the main part on the butlins site where all the activities and entertainments are placed. Please note that Butlins passes are NOT included in the prices quoted and are charged additional per person. The prices will change depending on peak/off peak and length of stay. These are compulsory for each guest! Adult only weekend schedules can be found on the Butlins website. Max occupancy for Big Weekends is limited to 8 people. Please note adult weekends are 18+ no children should be on site on these dates ! Once booked we will email guests to arrange passes and payment of refundable security bond all passes must be booked at least 1 week prior to arrival otherwise an additional fee will be charged. Please feel free to message me any questions before to making a booking. The caravan is very spacious with plenty of lounge seating It also has FREE WiFi. Tv with YouTube and Netflix dining table and chairs. a large well equipped kitchen area with plenty of space for cooking.   Including cooker/hobs,microwave,air fryer, fridge freezer,kettle and toaster. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double, X2 single beds,   X2 single beds, Also a double sofa bed, 1 travel cot. Features include; X2 toilets, 1 shower,   Double Glazing, Drying rack,   A spacious enclosed Veranda,   Central heating,   Fireplace,   Private parking space,   All bedding included, (apart from travel cot) Toys/books for young children, +night lights in the 2 double single rooms.
