The fine print
The cardholder name must match the name of the guest. Once guests have checked in, the total of the reservation is applicable and non-refundable.
For stays of 7 nights and over, Third party payments or group reservations, guests will be required to fill in an authorisation form.
This will be sent via email by the property and must be filled in and signed by the cardholder and sent back with a copy of the card holders ID.
