Igloo Magnolia is a "Unique" 4-Bedroom Luxury Townhouse located within the new Kudos development, just 5-10 minutes drive from the vibrant city centre of Leeds. At the rear of the Townhouse is a reasonably large garden and within it is an "XL Igloo Dome", the epitome of our signature brand where up to 12 guests can relax and enjoy some outdoor space. The Townhouse interior is decorated in a Classic Chesterfield theme with modern decor style, this beautiful and elegant space boasts a Classic Chesterfield corner suite in the Lounge area, 3 luxury Chesterfield upholstered Wing Back King sized beds, a dining area in the kitchen, an ensuite bathroom with power shower, a family bathroom and a 3rd toilet on the ground floor. Despite being just 3 miles from the city centre, the Townhouse has it's own Driveway Parking and street parking for multiple cars to park.

Whether you choose to drive, take the train or bus, the city’s cultural, professional and leisure opportunities are all within easy reach. Opposite Kudos is the Killingbeck Retail Park which includes Asda Supermarket, McDonalds and Cross Gates Shopping Centre is just a mile away.
