Just five minutes from the A1 and a short walk from Retford train station, they’re ideal for contractors, business travellers and visiting family. Each apartment includes fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and free parking, with shops, takeaways and supermarkets nearby. Discounts available for multi-week and monthly stays. Each apartment features a spacious open-plan living area, furnished with a plush sofa, a Smart TV with Netflix access, and high-speed broadband, ensuring you’re always connected and entertained during your stay. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with amenities such as a hob, oven, fridge or fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. There's also a convenient washing machine for all your laundry needs. The dining table is ideal for meals or as a functional workspace. Ground floor apartment - Twin beds (can be converted to a super king bed on request) and a single bed (sleeping 3) First floor apartment - One super king-size bedroom (can be split into twins on request) and one double bedroom (sleeping 4) Both apartments have well-appointed bedrooms, and the modern bathroom includes an overhead shower. Guests have access to a shared garden. It's worth noting that we’re currently in the planning stages of transforming this outdoor space into a private and inviting area for our guests to enjoy in the future. Additionally, free off-street parking is available for one car per apartment, with plenty of on-street parking for other vehicles, providing a real advantage in this town location. All guests are required to complete our online guest form before arrival using the Guestflow portal to ensure a smooth start to their stay.
