Property information

The one bedroom apartment is a perfect location for anyone visiting the Four Heatons, Stockport or anywhere in Greater Manchester and looking for a modern and comfortable place to stay during their trip. With a double bedroom, spacious shower room and open plan kitchen/lounge, there is plenty of space for one or two people. And the location is ideal for the growing number of quality local bars and restaurants, transport links to Manchester city centre (7 minutes by train), Stockport, 3 minutes by train, or anywhere in Greater Manchester via the M60 (<5 minutes drive from the apartment). In addition to the internal space, there is a small garden with lawned area to sit and enjoy a glass of wine or let your dog stretch his legs. There are also several parks in close proximity to the property. There is no private parking, however the surrounding streets offer an abundance of unrestricted on-street parking. Dogs are welcome with a small additional fee for cleaning. Please be aware that the apartment is in a very central location for shops, cafes and restaurants, but this does mean the road can be busy and there is some street noise.

Neighbourhood information

IPI Barbershop is in the heart of Stockport's Four Heatons. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to Heaton Chapel train station (8 minutes into Manchester; 3 minutes into Stockport), there are an abundance of bars and restaurants within a short walk, and it is close to the M60 motorway giving access to other areas of Greater Manchester.
