For those who love the outdoors, Aylsham station marks the start of the Bure Valley Walk, a walking and cycling path that runs alongside the railway. The Weavers Way trail also begins here, leading to North Walsham along a disused railway line, perfect for walking, cycling, or horse riding.
Famously a gateway to the Norfolk Broads, here you can hire boats. The annual Aylsham Country Show is held every August bank holiday.
