Highstreet shops and restaurants can be found in Workington town centre , and is only a 6 minute drive. The nearest superstore is a 6 minute drive and Workington train station also a 6 minute drive. It;s a great base to explore some beautiful locations near by. If travelling for work, Sellafield nuclear plant and Whitehaven Hospital are just a 20 minute drive away. Close to beaches and just a 5 minute drive to Siddick Ponds Nature reserve, visit Muncaster Castle which is 45 minute drive. Whitehaven town centre and marina are a 15 minute car journey away where you will also find shops, pubs, restaurants etc.
