Property information

A newly refurbished, spacious three bedroomed semi detached house in a quiet residential area. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge, downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom. Ideal for contractors or visitors to the area. With easy access to the A19, Billingham, Sea Sands, Sunderland and the North East. This property has on site parking and is close to both convenience stores and Lidl is a 5 minute walk away. All of our guests have free access to YOUR VOUCHER BOOK which is a buy one get one free app for restaurants, takeaways and leisure activities. The Marina is not far away and has a range of bars and restaurants plus Vue Cinema and Mecca Bingo.

Neighbourhood information

Jesmond Square is located off Jesmond Road. The Merry Go Round Pub and restaurant is within walking distance, several convenience stores and a Lidl. Aldi is a 5 minute drive and the Marina and town centre a few minute drive away. The Royal Navy Museum is close by as is Hartlepool Football Stadium. Hartlepool has a great range of independent shops and is a great base to visit the North East coast.
