A modern walk-in shower of top quality. A modern, well-equipped modern Kitchen and Retro Danish Dining table. Completely rebuilt 2023 part of a stylish Grade 11 Listed Historic Courtyard development. Enter from a quaint street to the spacious living/dining/kitchen with a large L-shaped wool sofa. Netflix and Sky Glass TV wait for your pleasure. The modern well well-equipped fitted kitchen is complete with an oven, induction hob, and fridge freezer. Head up the Cast iron spiral stair to the first floor. A large King bedroom and a small double bedroom are beautifully designed and furnished. Electric black-out blinds to help maintain light and convenience.
